Our Production
The workshops of the “Zarya” Chemical Equipment Plant in Dzerzhinsk are furnished with all the necessary welding, boiler, metal-working, pressing, furnace, painting equipment, accessories and tools.
There is a number of special equipment units which helps to eliminate manual labour when flanging housings and jackets, roll forging shells and pipes, joining annular seams of process vessels.
Over the past few years, we have significantly updated the welding equipment fleet, purchased equipment for assembling annular seams of process vessels, equipment for bending profiles and pipes, CNC machines for roll forging sheets and pipes, CNC metal-cutting equipment.
As our production facilities are mobile, modern and technologically equipped, we can feel confident about the future.
BELT GRINDING MACHINE
Belt grinding machine GRIT GI 75 2Н with a GRITGIM (FEIN) grinding carriage operated at JSC “Zarya” Chemical Equipment Plant is a modern complex for grinding weld seams on bottom blanks.
This complex provides for grinding as wide as 75 mm at two speeds, creating optimal working conditions for grinding low-alloy and alloy steels. The movable travel carriage performs grinding of the floor on site. The travel carriage is controlled by one operator. Using bands with varying grades allows for meeting the necessary requirements to surface roughness.
This complex has approved itself in a very positive way; in future we might consider completing it with other modules, to significantly expand its workability.
