The workshops of the “Zarya” Chemical Equipment Plant in Dzerzhinsk are furnished with all the necessary welding, boiler, metal-working, pressing, furnace, painting equipment, accessories and tools.
There is a number of special equipment units which helps to eliminate manual labour when flanging housings and jackets, roll forging shells and pipes, joining annular seams of process vessels.
Over the past few years, we have significantly updated the welding equipment fleet, purchased equipment for assembling annular seams of process vessels, equipment for bending profiles and pipes, CNC machines for roll forging sheets and pipes, CNC metal-cutting equipment.
As our production facilities are mobile, modern and technologically equipped, we can feel confident about the future.
LOCATORS AND BENCHES FOR JOINING SHELLS INTO A CASINGКОРПУС
Double Chain Clamp D25l - 1012Р double-chain drive locator from Mathey Dearman (USA) is designed for centring and correcting ovality of shells when assembling casings of process vessels from 254 to 3,715 mm in diameter. The reinforced design of the main unit and guide clamps ensure increased strength and accuracy when centring and aligning shell surfaces.
The integration bench with independent hydraulic metal rolls from RONNIEVELL is designed for aligning the edges of annular welded joints and joining shells into a casing with a diameter of 800 to 3,715 mm, weighing up to 40 tons. The unique feature of this complex is the presence of an independent auto-controlled hydraulic drive of roller rotators, capable of adjusting the height of adjacent shells.
Using these centring devices allowed for increasing the speed and improving the quality of assembly, as well as refrain from welding process plates followed by stripping.
