Our Production
The workshops of the “Zarya” Chemical Equipment Plant in Dzerzhinsk are furnished with all the necessary welding, boiler, metal-working, pressing, furnace, painting equipment, accessories and tools.
There is a number of special equipment units which helps to eliminate manual labour when flanging housings and jackets, roll forging shells and pipes, joining annular seams of process vessels.
Over the past few years, we have significantly updated the welding equipment fleet, purchased equipment for assembling annular seams of process vessels, equipment for bending profiles and pipes, CNC machines for roll forging sheets and pipes, CNC metal-cutting equipment.
As our production facilities are mobile, modern and technologically equipped, we can feel confident about the future.
LATHES, TURNING-AND-BORING LATHES
The machine fleet of the procuring production mechanical section includes a large portion of lathes, mills and turning-and-boring lathes, allowing for rough and finishing treatment of various blanks from ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Thread-turning machines allow for performing various turning operations, including taper turning, cutting metric, modular, inch and worm threads. Capabilities of machines allow for machining blanks with a diameter from 8 to 500 mm, up to 3,000 mm long.
Turning-and-boring lathes are designed for turning large-sized blanks. On turning-and-boring lathes, the cutter is used to turn off outer and inner rotational surfaces (both cylindrical and conical), cut the ends and make grooves.
The above operations can be performed on blanks with dimensions, not exceeding: diameter of 4,000 mm, height of 2,000 mm, weight of 30 t.
