The technological centre of DCEP “Zarya” JSC can provide the following services:

• Development of processing documentation (processes, flow charts, processing instructions, processing data sheets, lists of accessories, etc.) for products – devices operating under pressure and without pressure, spiral coils of high-pressure preheaters in turbine plant regeneration systems, standard products: elliptical, spherical unbeaded bottoms, weld neck flanges.
• Calculation of consolidated norms for materials and rolled metal waste.
• Pattern cutting of sheet metal.
• Setting labour standards for products.
• Developing control software for CNC machines.
• Metrological examination of design and technological documentation.
• Development of accessory drawings, small forms for playgrounds.

The work is carried out using software “Kompas-3D”, Excel, Word, 1C Enterprise, according to the design documentation provided by the customer or the Engineering Center of DCEP “Zarya” JSC.
