Our Production

The workshops of the “Zarya” Chemical Equipment Plant in Dzerzhinsk are furnished with all the necessary welding, boiler, metal-working, pressing, furnace, painting equipment, accessories and tools.

There is a number of special equipment units which helps to eliminate manual labour when flanging housings and jackets, roll forging shells and pipes, joining annular seams of process vessels.

Over the past few years, we have significantly updated the welding equipment fleet, purchased equipment for assembling annular seams of process vessels, equipment for bending profiles and pipes, CNC machines for roll forging sheets and pipes, CNC metal-cutting equipment.

As our production facilities are mobile, modern and technologically equipped, we can feel confident about the future.

DY-560GX6000 All-Purpose High-Speed Precision Lathe is designed for various turning operations: rough cutting, finish cutting, various types of thread cutting. The operating length of the machine enables it to process shaft-type parts up to 6,000 long.

The machine’s longitudinal and cross traverses feature a wider range in comparison with its counterparts. DY-G series machines are used for intensified lathe machining, they have wider beds, an increased distance over the recess, larger spindle bore. Moreover, DY-G series all-purpose lathes feature increased specs for transverse tool movement, tool carrier free movement, tailstock sleeve displacement and diameter.
