The workshops of the “Zarya” Chemical Equipment Plant in Dzerzhinsk are furnished with all the necessary welding, boiler, metal-working, pressing, furnace, painting equipment, accessories and tools.
There is a number of special equipment units which helps to eliminate manual labour when flanging housings and jackets, roll forging shells and pipes, joining annular seams of process vessels.
Over the past few years, we have significantly updated the welding equipment fleet, purchased equipment for assembling annular seams of process vessels, equipment for bending profiles and pipes, CNC machines for roll forging sheets and pipes, CNC metal-cutting equipment.
As our production facilities are mobile, modern and technologically equipped, we can feel confident about the future.
MG-120/3G2-А BENDING MACHINE
MG-120/3G2-А bending machine is intended for bending angle bar profiles, T-beams and H-beams, round pipes and other profiles using corresponding bending accessories.
All three shafts of the machine are drive shafts, the rotary actuator is electromechanical. The right shaft and the left shaft are moved independently by two hydraulic cylinders powered by an integral pump station.
The machine is equipped with two hydraulically driven side guides intended to support the profile when bending or to form a helix during spiral bending.
The hydraulic drives moving the shafts and the side guides are separated.
MG-120/3G2-А bending machine is equipped with a system controlling the movement of shafts and side guides, which is based on OMRON controllers (Japan), and an operator’s touch panel, providing for automatic changing of the spiral pitch and storing a practically unlimited amount of bending programs.
The working position of the machine is with the shafts raised straight up. MG-120/3G2-А model is allowed to take two working positions, with shafts positioned vertically or horizontally.
The machine is operated from a standalone console with buttons and pedals.
